Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Prices are subject to change as per the prevailing silver rates.

Colours of stones may slightly vary from the picture shown, since every computer monitor is set differently.

Prices are non-negotiable and final.

Ordered product will be dispatched after payment is cleared.

Cancellation of an order should be intimated to us within 5 working days from the day of confirmation, through e-mail or telephone call.

JEWELLERY CARE

To avoid scratching and breakage, handle jewellery with utmost care.

Always remove jewellery before bathing, swimming or sleeping to avoid damage.

Avoid spraying perfume /cologne directly on jewellery to preserve its colour and texture.

After removing jewellery, rub it with a soft cotton cloth before storing it.

Do not store jewellery in velvet cases; instead keep them in gelatin bags in a plastic container as provided by us.
